Seat Ibiza AFN

Hello pro Guys , I have buy a 1997 Seat ibiza with 1,9 110 hp AFN engine, i have mpps for read
ecu file but it does not work, i vant reaf the ecu file from this car, can someone help me? is it pollible to read and write over OBD ? greetings

are two eprom otp HHH and LLL. read with programmer. eprom is 27c1001..
