At the moment no, just let durations. SOI is good to be changed on dyno, you can try to add 1 or 2 degrees, but i can tell you dyno behaviors when adding SOI removed power up to 5-10 hp from current remap.
Here depends by what type of fuel do you use..what cetanic number, what climatic you have, maybe bigger intercooler and so on.
Start of injection is moment 1, but the boom of combustion is the ignition moment..well if you inject too early and ignition is fast and too early because of good fuel/additives/cold climate , then you loose power.

You should rise IQ by MAP and MAF maps, cuz IQ is restricted by these maps.

by MAP is not, only if makes MAP based remap. You should make logs but i never touch iq limits on those maps and fueling was there to max.
