VW Golf 4 ALH vnt17 bosio 520 nozzles egr delete

having trouble keeping the heat down while towing (constant 1200+ degrees) and poor spoolup. i know the spool is just how this turbo is but it doesn't clean up the fuel down low. help and suggestions? thanks

Dude, you have a fucking rich mixture there, less than 13 AFR. You have 850 on MAF with 63 mg fuel.
Too much fuel also in low rpm, i`m sure that you have some overboost, and a lot of smoke.
Try to put 950 and 850 last 2 maf columns, try to keep AFR here to 17.
Boost limit map 2150 ? How do you think that you`ll not have smoke with only 2150 mbar? Put it to 2450 from 2000 to 4000 rpm.
And only 2050 mbar requested boost with 520 nozzles? I`m not sure that you understand remap process or you just dont know how things works.

Are the boost maps in absolute or atmospheric? This would clarify a lot for me. I'm used to tuning of a mechanical injection cummins. The electronic thing is new and I'm trying to learn what's what.

Absolute pressure. Well for example you request 2400 mbar that means 1.4 boost and its a good to start with, for that GT1749. You can go also with more, up to 1.6 boost i think, but start with safe values like 2400 - 2450 request, Pressure atm limit to 2500 and single boost limiter alue 2550.

I had a long thing here then my browser reloaded and lost my post....

I get boost spikes up to 33psi on hard highway pulls but it's otherwise 13-15 psi

How do I remap for 3bar map sensor? Manually adjust the data so compensate for the 25% gain in range?

Why you need 3 bar? To see the spikes? I suggest boost gauge for better management.
Edit n75 map to avoid spikes, open more vanes on last 2 columns.
Edit map as you think and post it here again, i will look into it.

As much as I want to learn how to tune properly I think I'm going to have to hand it over to somebody with more time and experience than myself. I simply do not have enough time to research and learn unfortunetly. :(

Who offers good tuning at a good price?
