Audi A4 1.9TDI AWX first time

Hi

This is my first uploaded map on my car, it works, but of course it needs tweaking.
I wanted just to boost torque from 2250-3500RPM, and now I expirience tiny gap between 1900-2200RPM
Is it due to turbo spool lag or something else

This is not a powerful remap, not even a stage 1.
You have too lean AFR - 18 afr means some lag, you can add more.
Go at least with 60 mg liniar from 2000 to 4000 rpm, have AFR 17 in smoke map and you`ll feel something.
Block also EGR via software.
More than this, you can work on duration and sOI maps, extrapolate for 65 mg for example and so on. This car can go up to ~165 hp and be safe.

oh,

well it was my first ever attempt, so I very was careful

so how effectively do I close EGR (by software), been looking on forums and didn't find anything solid
can I advance SOI on low revs or advance for 2deg on IQ +45mg ?

Close EGR via software, you`ll reduce flat spot, that turbo lag that you are talking about.
Play first time with durations if you want more power.
You can add 1-2 degrees for SOI in part-load load area if you want more economy but not too much.

This is some improvement

I have boosted AFR, duration incised to 65mg, moved soi for 1,5deg, and TQ limiter put for 65mg/3000RPM

Still can't find what to do with EGR, I know that egr by MAF map is nothing special, and addresses are not confirmed to turn it off (and someone changed supposed address, and ECU then won't boot)
I think that mechanically closing EGR is only way to go

I'm still learning myself, but I'm pretty sure you have to flatten EGR map. I think you increase to 100% throughout the graph to indicate 100% duty cycle, and valve closed?
