How do you expect to have more than 60 mg of real fuel if your duration maps are maximum extended and calculated for 60 ?
Order of values should be from big to low : driver wish > smoke > torque, its useless to add more in torque and driver wish if you have durations maximum 60 and smoke 60.
Egr can be off in software, and I suspect that you made these maps very quick and superficial.
You request boost at 4000 more than you have in limiters.
