Hi.
What is the sound turbine ? Excessive whistle ? Possible causes: boost leaks or bad condition of the turbo. Make some logs (VCDS group: 011), they'll tell you the truth. Your mod: the difference between target boost and boost limit should be at least 50 mbar to prevent accidental nasty :x limp mode. Driver`s wish is needlessly raised in high loads, cuz your torque limiter is only 60 mg. In general, small changes but nothing dangerous - circa 150 bhp.

It is ot a good tune;
car smokes alot it, is slow on strong acceleration +low rev vibrations on WOT(needs more air to burn), and it has huge boost spikes, around 300mbar

my car has no leaks and turbo shaft is firmly in place, injectors are ok
so map is bad
first iteration is much better

Which tool do you use for calculate the theoretical power?

I have 67 mg per stroke.

Power depends by RPM.
67 mg at 2000 rpm maybe means 130 hp and 350 NM but at 4000 rpm means 165 hp and 300 NM.
VAG Edc15 suite has a tool to calculate this, but there its a formula, just search for it.
