EGR should be off !?

On these cars EGR off can be made via hyntheresys maps, you missed them well i dont think that you have EGR off now.
1EAE5C - untouched boost map, maybe is not active but make sure that you add boost there too.
As i looked on torque and iq to nm maps, looks like a good remap, have't look for driverwish/smoke/lambda maps but idea is to add values on drivwe/smoke maps and lower a bit lambda maps to make mixture richer.

How mutch pressure is OK for this car ??

I dont know what turbo they have but i would not increase pressure more than 10 - 12 %, i`m using this behavior all the time.
Increase SVBL with 100 - 150 mbar for example, and keep turbo request less than svbl with 50 - 100 mbar.
If your SVBL is 2350 then increase it to 2450 and keep boost request to 2350.
Better check your turbo model and search compressor map.

The above mentionned boost is safe. You will be out of the compressor efficiency but it will produce more power until you heat soak the engine on hot days.
