Hello guys.I am a tuner with a low budget is the truth.I cant afford genuine tools but I am afraid of buying clones (and I dont want to as well).II want to buympps.I have worked with kess and k-tag.Will I be able to read/write the same way with mpps (if I could afford it).Do you suggest any cheaper tool to start? And for software I have used Ecm, map3d and swiftech
I read that winols is the best but never used it before.What should I do? Because ecm and especially map3d are so expensive.Thanks

I always advise against clones but they can be made to work just like original with a small amount of money and time, Kess v2 and ktag can be reworked by yourself if you don't mind a bit of soldering for less than £30 and will have original good quality components once finished! Another option is to buy an eu clone, these are exactly like original even with original case and cables etc, you have to be careful though as a lot of sellers are buying chinese clones and reworking and selling as eu clones, they work just as good don't get me wrong but charge around 3-400 more, you could buy a chinese clone yourself and send it away to be reworked for around 70-100. Mpps works pretty much the same but covers a lot less vehicles than kess v2, mpps clone works ok for a while then seems to start having errors reading and writing.
Winols is the most advanced software you can use, I would not buy ecm or map3d etc over winols, winols does take a while to learn properly but once you do, you will not ever need any other software :mrgreen:
