Power plans before remap ?

Hello friend.I am on the way of making my first custom remap on my friend's car.Its peugeot 406 2.0Hdi 110Hp.
I am amatior % tuning (it's not good tuning) ,but this is my start and after some experience will try to do it better :)
I already increased the fuel from 70 to 80mg.Increased turbo from 1.0 to 1.2 bars.And changed IQ fuel temp limiters and torque limiter , boost limiter.The car has more power now ,but it is smoky on acceleration.This means fuel is more than air.I will increase boost or decrease fuel.My questions are how to calculate fuel to air , and how to calculate the power that remap will do ? I don't wanna play with SOI at this level of my skills or injection duration :) Basicly what fuel delivery to target and what boost of turbo ?

Actualy the remap had some problems.This is my new file with some logic calculations.Is it ok and where can i do better ? Still did not tested it on the car.

68BEC (DW) -You raised to 430% !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What are you doing? Rocket to the Moon ?!

Why you dont touch 620AE (62150) - usually this IQ vs Torque vs MAF vs rpm....
6241A (and next) -duration (be careful)

Turbo: 66438, 665B8
turbo vs atm. press: 66E2E
I think you can turbo increase to 2.4 bar

what about the second file XFILES ?
Is it ok ?
I don't want to play with duration at this level :)
Why need to touch atmosphere pressure vs turbo pressure ? What can do better there ?
