Please rate, Seat Ibiza 1.9 TDI ATD 101 PS

Dear people,

I would be grateful if you could have a look on my first tune .

VAGEDCSUIT was used.

I have updated following maps:
- drivers wish
- EGR off
- torque limiter
- IQ by Map limiter
- boost
- boost limiter
- smoke map

Please let me know if this changes in the modify map would be ok to test in a car?
Or do I have to change other maps too?

Original file and modify file are in the zip.

Hi!

- drivers wish - just up last column , not last 3-4 raise higher rpm
- EGR off - its correct
- torque limiter - too much fuel arround 1,5-1,9k, not good for yours clutch, TL must bee smooth
- IQ by Map limiter - u dont using MAP, so i think bettter to up IQ by MAF :) But its 60 mg, so its ok
- boost - need be little more smooth, but pressure its ok
- smoke map - need more work


Look arround durations and soi.

Now I hope the maps have been improved.

In addition the SOI-map has been changed. It has been compared with the ASZ engine.

By the duration maps, I am not sure which one is to be change. Or maybe there is nothing to change, because few maps exist with 60 mg/stroke. But which duration map is used?

A screenshot is uploaded of the selector duration map.

Driver wish - fill all last column (100%TPS) 66 mg
Look about durations 00, 01, 02, tune, and make logs. Urs injector are calibrated to 55 mg, so u dont need change axis and extrapolate.
SOI not look good. Better back to ori, then make logs group 04 and look about End of Injection. Dont copy that from other engines, u need to fine tuning on yours maps.
Add little more on TL, now u set lower IQ then ori about 1,5 - 1,9k

I change the following maps:

- driver wish like you say last column 66mg
- torque limiter a bit more
- boost map a little more in the range of 2000-3000rpm
- the soi to original

Now I think about

The end of injection (eoi) should be at 5° ATDC. To reach the aim (eoi=5° ATDC) we have to change only the soi map? or both maps (soi and duration)?

If only the soi map needs to be change than I can calculate

soi(x,y) = duration(x,y) - 5°

soi(x,y) in BTDC°
duration(x,y) in crankshaft°
x in rpm with a range of [2000 to 4000] rpm
y in mg/stroke with a range of [30 to 60] mg/stroke

which duration map (00 to 05) I have to use for the calculation, I have to look in the selector injection duration map

Am i right?

For more information about fine tuning of soi and duration is welcome.
