i received an car that cannot be remap, because the ecu has been unlocked two times, so when we flash the file, it doesn´t start, just when we put the original the car goes ok.

use block again and is ok

make unlock again after that you can read and write smoothly

l have e same problem l unlocked twice and can write the mod file

did you try to unlock again
