remap 320d edc16c31

hello i remap many tdi but now a friend have a bmw 320d e46 with this ecu, the problem is i think need bdm to remap but in my cable(MPPS v13) have this ecu and in comments say need more than 14volts, it´s really true and i can remap this car with 14volts or above and don´t block?

Never had any problem with reading e46 true obd, problem will be your mpps

Because they are obd readable, mpps should also be able to read trough obd.
