and the engine is actually on a Golf MK2 - 1100kg which may explain the increase in torque.
All components minus the gearbox that is a 5speed from AXR with a Sachs DMF

Aggressive tune :-)

Hope you have a uprated clutch (minimum 450 Nm capable).

My clutch (Passat - 6 speed) is beginning to slip (standard 240mm with LUK dual mass) after 5 month of mixed driving (Maybe an old clutch was in the car when I bought it), injecting only 65 mg/stroke and at around the same turbo pressure as yours, torque limited more in the start than yours even.

I'm going for a stronger clutch on a DMF setup now.... but seems very expensive.

Do anyone know what a standard LUK 240mm clutch are capable of pulling.... 400 Nm or less?
Other places that is recommended to buy a dual mass flywheel and uprated clutch, beside darksideperformance ?
