Programmer for Korean cars (Ssang yong)

Postby jmr600 » Sun Nov 04, 2012 12:57 am

Hello all,

I am now trying to solve a problem with my Ssang yong Rodius 2.7XDI AWD. Few months ago I tried to download the file from my Ssang yong but unfortunately the Galleto 1250 that I have, cannot do that.
I ordered to modified it, to a friend of mine -he is supposed to be able to do that- but each time he tried the car is going worse.
The main problem that I found in this car is that it does not have too much power at low RPM's range, and also I do not mind to have a but more at high RPM, to enjoy the car.

To start with this proyect, I would ask somebody if you can advise me about which is the most accurate OBD programmer that I can buy to download the engine file, afterwards I would share the file with you in order to get the info address and see what can we do to improve it.

I apreciate your suggestions....... ;) ;) ;)

Hi,

Would love to work together with you on tuning the map. I have download the map using galleto 1260. You can try it. I have not gone beyond that. Still searching for a suitable software and map definition.

Hi,

here is the file that I got with my galleto, it has 448kb so I think that it is not complete, I tried a couple of times but it still the same.

I will take some pictures of the control unit an its sticker

448kb is the right size, that is what i got. The ECU should be Delphi.
