The egr will still open and close, but the logging tool will make record of "out of frequency range"

i have tried many ways to close the egr but it still has slight movement of up to 1.2mm then "out of frequency range" notification comes up. This is with Delphi live data recorder, and this is Delphi ecu, so i can be assured that it is to some degree accurate.

There are more reasons.
1) this map pack doesn't fit your calibration - address are sligtly moved.
2) maps have wrong names - in mappack Egr duty cycle is EGR flow
3) you modify maps wrong way

You can try to it 2 ways.
1) untested - try to change only EGR temp switch 10x1 to 0 - should work like when is cold and EGR is closed
Not tested by me.
2) tune flow maps and duty maps.
All duty maps set to 80.
But with flow maps it is more difficult - you have to set it to right flow with closed EGR otherwise you can get EGR related DTC and
possibly limp mode. Try to copy values from EGR flow 0 to other 7 maps. If it will throw DTC P0403 you can try use values from EGR flow 1.

I have made adjustments similar to this in the past, and they do not work 100% as the egr valve still has some slight operation. Myself I wanted a way to completely remove the EGR from the car, e.g. finding switch in damos or a2l file. I have attempted a removal of the dtc code logging by the ecu, but it does not work

I am trying mod with ecm, I hope to read errors with this mod.

Does anybody know which memory address contains egr map datas?
