my checksum got corrupted while reading the ECU map with mpps (clone) as my megane refused to give "ignition" in the last step of the readout.
now when I connect with brainbee, etc, the ECU is somehow recognize as edc15 and doesn't let me restore the injector codes, and also it does not show my VIN, is there a god soul that would help me here Big Grin

the car will start but it is in safe mod.

and in the mean time a friend suggested I upload these files with mpps and that they should "repair" my ecu


I really want to hear your opinions on this as i dont want to further damage the ECU

the method sugested didnt fix the issue,
i still miss the VIN an the injector codes. is there anyone here that could help me.

As I got no help here, I headed to the renault service and they were able to solve it for a hefty price. :thumbdown:

I had such an issue with those injector codes and vin...the problem is in mpps and galetto clones...if you have an original galetto, it takes about one minut via obd to get back the file with injectors and vin...and also if you have can-clip...sorry for your expensive payment... :thumbdown:
