Need Immo ori file 0 281 001 316/317

Hi all i need ori files for immo(or whit immo off) for ecu ;
028 906 021 AP
0 281 001 316/317
Audi 80 b4 1.9 tdi MSA 12
they bring me the ecu whit already trying to maked but they fail all and i don't have ori files .
The eeproms is 93c46 now the car start but get 3000 rpm and i can't make nothing now .

I´m trying to make the same but have big problem.

Did you make it work and how

can it be a problem that I have read as 8 bit.?? and have you don something to the immo box
