I have fiat brava 1.6 16v with ecu magneti marelli iaw49f, in stock map my spark advance is from 23 25 22 18 16 10 degree from 0 to 100 % load by map sensor. I revert this data low to high 10 16 18 22 25 23, the car run good but spool very slow. What to do?

If I increase spart advance then car have a more power, but head casket is broken.

hardware: stock engine, with turbo td04-13t from subaru impreza, stock map sensor with zener diode bav20, front intercooler, 385 cc, hold pressure 1 bar.
