low torque in low RPM and no smoke

i there

i have a low torque problem in my map edc16u34, i think is because is not allowable injet fuel, may be lambda maps related,
in edc15 maps with maf limiter active to allow the car inject more fuel i refull all map with a hight mpg value, but in this case i dont now what to do

anyone now how to help me?

Torque Limiter bad tune. you request 360nm from 1900 to 4250rpm...

what the clutch says about this...?

Smoke Limiter (maf) - not changed

take a look.
