I think is "Driver Wish" map.
x axe: %, factor 0.01, precision 0
y axe: RPM, factor 1, precision o
z axe: mg/cyc, factor 0.01, precision 0

16FAE is Driver´s Wish in mm3.
121FE is conversor to get Nm.
16BCE is Torque to IQ conversor to get final mm3.
