Need help with Speedlimiter 038 906 019 AE EDC15P+

I Need help,

I have a 038 906 019 AE Ecu that is for a Lupo 3L AYZ engine convert to Manual Gearbox but now there is a speedlimiter on 150kph so that sucks alot :cry:

can someone help me ?
i need to search how to upload the file.
