Replace 3 buttons key PSA with 2 buttons

Does anybody know if is possible to replace 2 butons flip key of Citroen C3 with the non flip with 2 buttons. I think both are 433 MHz.

all depends on the cim unit fitted and bsi type
it can be reconfigured using lexia
but you will need the immo code
a four digit code containing numbers and and or letters
there is a option in lexia to change the remote type and bsi / cim configuration
or visit your local auto locksmith
they usually have clone remotes which are easily configured

Hi. The PSA group has numbers in the key transmission that identify the fob model. If you want to change the fob you will have to find 2 button fob with the same number. For example A5AA53D179D063FF08BC is the transmission from my 307. If I want a second key I will have to find one with A5AAxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. So if you have matching fob from other car it is ok and it will work.
