Checksum correct? How were the Checksums done? with Winols or with other tool and for the "merged" mapfile and then splitted again into H and L file?

I think you readouts from chips are bad. You can't use them. Try to read the original chips again, or use ori files from internet. Also after modification you should checksum the files.

Ok, I Had some free time...found ori from internet and started to copy your changes on it. But most of the changes were not good, so I made some changes to the setting (lets say new file :D ). Also the checksums are OK now . You can learn something from it.
Cheers!

I try to write your files with programer, but the problem is still here, they go to 50% and stop to load.and when i read chip there was a binari, but files have not checksums in winols.I dont know where is the problem. This files is now in eproms, do you think car will start with this files.

With my files will start for sure. Winols is telling you there is no checksum pluggin installed in it for that type file/ECU. Problem seem to be also in the programmer/chips i guess. What programmer are you using? And what exactly chips are you trying to write?
