A review of ECU Bay

Postby Mark » Tue Dec 22, 2015 1:09 pm

Hi guys.

This is a little review of the service I've had from ECU Bay. Just to get it in there straight away, it has been faultless! And I mean faultess.

I previously ordered the tricore BDM frame, 4 in 1 probe kit, EDC17 C46 adapter and the boot pin. I was kept fully informed of how my order was progressing and all was fine. Unfortunately DHL let me down and the parcel never made it to me. I won't go into the full details here but again ECU Bay were very helpful, Srdan was even emailing and calling me whilst he was away on holiday! I hate to think what the phone bill will have been for calling me, Srdan spent some serious time on the phone to me and DHL!

The equipment was sent out again after all of the problems with DHL had been sorted out and I can't believe the quality of it. The frame itself feels much more solid than it ever needs to be. The whole lot feels well made and well thought out. Even down to the cut out in the C46 adapter board that makes it much easier to see the pins.

I have been meaning to do this review for a while but yesterday at 12pm I emailed Carpro/ECU Bay asking about availability for a EDC17 C59 adapter because I'd had a customer book in at the last minute before Christmas. I got an email back straight away and before I'd had chance to reply, Srdan was on the phone telling me what he could sort out and what he had in stock. Well let me put it this way. I ordered the probe at 12:30 yesterday, I had an email saying it was all ready to go by 12:50 with a DHL tracking number, and it arrived at 10:20 this morning.

Ordered last minute, picked, dispatched and arrived to me in the UK in under 24 hours. You can't grumble at service like that.

I would have no issue at all using Carpro/ECU Bay in the future. Keep up the awesome work guys. You're doing customer service exactly as it should be done!
