Help switch EGR off Opel Astra H Z17DTJ ?

The FULL EGR OFF is not switch solution.

What I mean is, what solutions are there.
Is there a solution possible with a MDI device?

with MDI you can't

I've read here http://www.ebay.com/gds/Has-MDI-has-made-Tech-II-and-Antique-GM-guys-take-heed-/10000000173082524/g.html that with MDI all the flashes must be accessed on the World wide Web.
So I think that if someone provide me the right file with EGR off it's possible because I can access it through the internet.
Can someone here help/provide me this?
