Dont raise the rpm limiter with 17% pulley as it is already exceeding specification and you will overspin the supercharger and pump gears.
theoretically you're right, but using only so called Throttle map from JCW file for 380cc injectors It is just an illusion, -sorry-, there are so many diff. between R53 and JCW sw, ant that only for 210HP,if old JCW version with 320cc injectors have 200HP.
First of all SiemensEMS200 use a Global Multiplier factor for injectors size.
Fuel maps are different, Timing maps are different ,Throttle maps also diff,Torque management Parameters are diff.
Can't tune this car with bigger injectors without AFR wideband. How can you know how run your car in open loop????How can adjust spark maps, for the max. fuel amount and best AFR on open loop???On closed loop maybe will have a good AFR-but what price??I tell you-with the worst fuel trim can imagine.
JCW maps have also different axis values, because of additional air amount and higher manifold pressure. You must adjust also this axis, because -let's say as example- on Main injection map, R53 have on X axis higher value at 521kg/h of air , on JCW because of additional air amount we have on X axis 578kg/h air. What will do your ECU??this table add % to injetors pulswidth, but don't have values over 521kg/h air, even in reality you have more air-result, will inject the same amount of fuel for 521kg /air,real value 578kg/h air, or maybe more than that.
Even injection enrichment vs Temperature during cranking is different, result, starting car with bigger injectors on cold or hot can be worse.
That's the reason the fuel maps are so importants and so hard to tune right.Without AFR Gauge and a good datalogger , is just an amateur attempt.

Cars made from june 2004 are face lift model,on R53 Supercharger was changed with a reliable one, teflon coated inside, but of course all Euro4.Face lift for R50 after june 2004 mean old and worst Midland gearbox was replaced with a better Getrag gearbox,Also small improvements on sw for all models, inside and outside small design changes.Base models are R50 One 90HP,R50 Cooper 115HP,R50 JCW 124HP,R53 Cooper S163HP,R53 Cooper S 170HP,JCW 200Hp,JCW 210HP and JCW GP 218HP.All have Siemens EMS2000ECU,R50 have Bosch injectors,R53 have Siemens injectors. All Engines made by Chrysler.
R56 is another generation, new engine from PSA,N/A or turbocharged engines,ECU and sw from Bosch MED17,direct high pressure gasoline injection, cars are Euro5.

Only few R50 One are Euro 3.
