IMMO Off EDC15C2 (3 Plugs) (306 HDi)

Postby John306DT » Mon Feb 01, 2016 2:52 am

I've got myself 2 spare ECU's so I can use them to learn and so I don't get left with out a car if I brick one or both!

The problem is I need to IMMO Off on them both.

There are EDC15C2 HW: 0281010592 SW: 1037353483 (3 Plugs)

I've read a lot of post on this and other forms and tried a few different things but without success.

So I need some help.

Can some tell me what I need to do to?

I've attached both files.

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

You can immo off for your ECU's?
I help for you, you must read 5p08 eeprom and 29f400 flash in ECU and you must modified it's with "UID" program.

I hope, that i help for you with this!

Ok I've got myself a MiniPro Programmer and a clip to go onto the serial 95P08.

Can anyone give me any help and advice.

I've seen on another topic that you can read the chip without removing from the board but i'm unable to do this but I may be doing something wrong.

Can I clone the serial 95P08 from one ECU to the other?

Thanks in advance.

Most common mistake when inline chip programming is in power line. You programmer power on not only 95p08 but all ecu scheme with same VCC. And power of programmer not enought for this. Liftup pin 8 (VCC) of 95p08 - disconnect it from PCB when connect programmer.
You can clone 95p08 for ecu with the same BOSCH number.

Not sure what you mean by this.

The main ECU read is in the first post.

Sorry, by the EDC15C2 (3 plugs) you need read eeprom 5p08 and flash 29F400, and you must edit it's together. For example with Uid, volta, otocheck..

Please read and send for me and i send back to you the modified files.
