Spec is
2003 mini cooper s R53
Induction Kit
One ball mod exhaust
17% pulley

id love to be able to have launch control, there is a software called Bytetronik which you can enable launch control with but im not sure on any other way

I can do a mod file for you, around 193-195HP,with your HW mods, but engine must be in a good condition.
Regarding Launch control,as I know is just a future option on Bytetronik FA,it seems that is not yet resolved on Stock ECU, and the video from Youtube is not made on Stock ECU,or is not a real Launch control, because as i see on 4000rpm, it's real Launch control, can't hear the cut of RPM AT 4000rev.Also they don't show boost , for a good Launch control you need boost at Launch, around 8-10psi.

After some work, I managed to do real Launch control on stock ECU for R53,with 10psi boost on Launch
