Hello Guys.. i'm Amateur Chip tuner and i change my engine map in Ford Galaxy mk3 1.9 TDI 115hp..

it made me -4 sek from 0 km/h -100 km/h

I change :

- torque limiter
- smoke limiter
-egr off

Turbo :

- Turbo map
-n75
- boost limiter
- single value boost limiter

Can you check my tuned file and tell me that it is good ? or i can increase something or tune more maps ? :)

hey mate.

sory but i dont like your mod :) i think you must devote more time for reading information about how change file.

your torque map is very bad, you changed all map 25% thats not the point. but your DW is stock, you must change this map. your smoke map to the improvement AFR 14,6-15,6. in boost map you should change axis. your boost limiter is lower like boost map. you can make nice mod to your car but you must devote more time ;) if you need help we are here to help each other.

oo okay thank you for help :) so what can you tell me about torque map ? how to change it ? you tell me that i change 25% all map.. yes i change it 25% but only a 1/4 values something like that :) can i change it more 25% ?
and what about wish map ? how much change it ? maybe i make a mistake in my boost maap and limiter.. i will repair it :) i had max value 2350 bar... i increased it to 2500.. it is enought ? and what means "smoke map to the improvement AFR 14,6-15,6. in boost map you should change axis" ? very thank you for your comment i appreciate that mate :) !!

ps. Dzięki Wielkie, widzę, że Polacy też są na tym forum :D od niedawna zacząłem się tym interesować, to była moja pierwsza przeróbka więc mogłem narobić parę błędów, dziękuje, że mi naprościłeś troszkę drogę.. z pewnością to poprawię i wrzucę poprawioną mapę :)

you should change torque smoothly for example 5%,7%,10% .....to the max torque in 2200-2300 RPM. DW map must have the highest value next smoke map and then torque map. you dont need increased boos map but your boost limiter because is limiting boost. AFR - air fuel ratio you should know what is it , if not you can find info here on forum. and your n75 this is copy past ?? dont change this map. make loogs on your mode then change if it is needed ;)

injection not changed change 20mg-1750 rot/min up 10%
n75 dont touch!
smooke change only 650-700 mg and 2000 rot/min up 10-25% look AFR 16:1
Drive Wish 10% up 45-65%
85-100% 70 mg/str.
in this configuration you have 130-135 hp no smooke,good power And no consuption.
