VW EDC15P, problem to read

VW Passat 1.9tdi, AJM, 1999.
ECU: 038 906 019 BJ
I couldn't read file from OBD2 (I tried by mpps12 and kess2).
Bench, bootmode or program 29F400 - will help me?
Can anybody say me, how I can read/write this ecu?

why you couldnt read file over obd?

you should could read on obd mate.

try pull out dash fuse.

disconnect tacho and radio.
then try again.

Not succesful, only TL866a+sop44 helped me.

strange thing with the mpps..

bought it online and test it with my car Ford Galaxy 1.9 130BHP EDC15P

on mpps i have only the option voor ford galaxy 1.9 tdi EDC15C k-line and when i choose for this the radiatior turns on and get fault in the ecu.

what option do i have to read and write with this

do i need to choose for

Volkswagen Sharan 1.9 TDI Bosch EDC15 K-Line
