Hello All

Hi All

Just signed up to the forum as this looks like the place to get answers.
I currently have a VW T4 Panel van
Have installed a VW 1.9 TDi AFN engine.
Having done all the work to get this in and running i am now eager to modify the ecu to cope with my upgrades (looking to install gt18V turbo and 0.216 injectors)
it is running an EDC15 80 pin ecu with VNT control but as I understand it i would have to remove the eeproms and programme a new map onto new chips.
Fairly good with the electrics and have full vag com but my programming is a bit rusty and my eeprom programmer is ancient!
anyone know of a beginners guide to edc 15
Many thanks
Chris

Hi there and welcome!

I'm not sure I can help you but I'm sure others on here will be able to. Just be patient 'cause the admin has been having a not-so-nice period recently and may not be as present as before for a couple of days.

EDC15 can be flashed via diagnostic port.
MSA15 has eeproms.
Post the HW and SW numbers of the ECU that you are going to use in your project.
