Postby viktorw » Thu May 26, 2016 12:43 pm

hello guys.

the car of my wife needs an eco tuning
it has 1,9 tdi motor 105 hp EGR can stay and NO DPF built in

it has also the warm starting problem because injection amount is to low.
if the motor is cold it starts great.

so please help me. reducing the warm starting problem and maybe more hp something like 30hp should be no problem.

thank you guys

more power at the ende i think 131 hp are ok because the engine was also delivered with stock 131 hp

more important is the warm starting problem problem, because if the engine is warm it inject too less diesel and it takes 4-6 seconds to start but if it cold it starts immediately

last question: the egr is built in, if you turn off the egr, do i have to build it out or shut it off?
thank you for your support

hi,

did it always have a starting problem? or is this a new problem?
do you wait for the glow plugs light to go off then start?
what is your outside temperature whilst experiencing this?

you cannot tune a problem away.
it will cost you 10x more when something breaks,
and a TDI is not cheap to fix.
