MERCEDES_MSA25.1_0281001753_TUNING PROBLEM.Help please

Postby PT360 » Tue Jun 07, 2016 11:38 am

Hi people!
I have being in the forum for a while, but this is my first post.
Im tuning my msa25.1 from an E300td om 606, w210.
I have encounter a big problemwith this, my plcc32 hh and ll 27c020 original from car dont work anymore i probabli burnt them while reading with a diferen eprom reference, so car dont start. But the weird part of this is that i get all maps from eproms data when i load it in winols or ecm.so there im lost.
After that i got a couple of original sw files, one from alientech and another from another ecu so i decided to tune those, being aware that boyh files given to me as backup where same sw from same hw. My surprise was that car starts but is on limp mode and i get EPC CONTROL ON DASH, ASR/BAS and car has no turbo, diagnostics say there is a problem whith sw. ( this happens with the files untouch and tuned, same for both). So i decide to read e2prom( i read original before to have a backup) and i find that e2prom file has change, so i write original again, but same car starts but same faults.
I have spoken with alientech and they tell me they do not know what is wrong, the claim i need to buy a new ecu.
I dont think so....
Did the same on a friends car, same car same engine. Same problem! Even moding original files( on this one i didnt burnt the eproms) car starts but same faults.
I made the mods on winols and in ecm to see if the problem was on the program.
ECM driver seems to be same as the maps i found in winols so seems to be ok.
Checksum: i corrected checksum with ols tdi and with ecm cks corrector and with a non known cks corrector also. It seems to change always the same 8 sectors, so checksum seems to me to be ok.

Im lost on this guys, i need urgent help on this pleas.
I imagine this has happend to someone before fore sure.
I cant believe this is no tunable ecu, cause there is people runing big turbos and moded pumps on this ecu.

Please please help.
Thanks in advance.

If some ine needs files to check problem let me know so i can post them, i have more than 10.

Updates, car is running with 29f020 eproms, socket.
im working on turbo control for vnt if posible, i have found all fuel related maps on the 8 banks, most of the air maps, but im having problems finding n75 control or if there is something similar in this ecu.
If anyone can help i will apreciate it.

The main idea is to be able to run on a 7.5mm ip internals and gtb2260vk turbo keeping the tgv/vnt vaccum controled turbo.
thanks in advance.
