how do i know if this map is ok

Hi guys, just brought a new ECU from the UK but it says it has software upgrade, my ecu died and also had software done for my conversion which was downpipe, K04 turbo, exhaust and decat. this is for my Astra G Coupe 2.0 turbo.

I don't know if it is a original or if it is a stage 3 as they say how trustworthy it is. im not starting my car till I get some sort of feedback from someone that knows anything about the maps.
