I'm trying to get my 530d remapped but have been told that the injectors fitted to it, Bosch 0445110 047, are no good for any more than 200bhp. This doesn't sound right to me. Does anyone know?

What power output is your car as standard? 270bhp is doable on the 204 standard and 240 on the 184.

Well I was under the impression that it was 193bhp – with earlier cars being 184.

Possible up to 230-240HP without smoke.
