EDC16C39 BOSCH writing problem

Hello,
I have alfa 147 1.9 Jtdm 8v 120ps.
My ecu is Bosch EDC16C39
I use OBD to connect with my galletto 4 v54 master.
I read the ECU next writing new, when writing finish i read again and the ecu is still original.
Next i try with bdm adapter, first i read the ECU all is right, when i try to start writing give me error. I try few more times but is seem story.
Writing Initialization...changing speed error.

Remember to sepcify ever
NR TOOL
NAME & SURNAME
FIRM OR COMPANY
MODEL OF CAR
TYPE OF ECU
DRIVER USED

is gal original?

sometimes in clones, bdm on that ecu doesn´t work!
check mpc 555ou mpc 556?

The problem is resolve.
Just must connect with Ktag or kess.
