One question, if i read the ECU from a car, and load it "as is" in another car same hw and sw etc, The second car will not work right ?

Cause we are loading the IMMO information from the 1st on the second.

In order to do this, we need to change the immo, keys or simply kill the immo, is that correct ?

So those super files widely available online (usually crap) are already immo off.
