After all these years I bring to you the proud result of my work. My car is VW JETTA (BORA) 2005 1.9 TDI 66KW ALH engine. I have only removed cat and back end exhaust, the rest of the hardware setup is stock. Here you can see my dyno run. The only mod in the car is software. :P :P :P

cool mate, and considered that the car has low weight the tune must feel really good.
and what is you fuel consumption /100km ? :)

My car is a riot...a beast...i get wheelspin from the first speed till the third :X:X:X
Fuel consumption?Watch the pictures :D ...that is out of the city...in the city i get around 5.2-5.7L/100KM

what maps did you change for better consumption ?
is egr off or on ?

EGR OFF...al off the usual maps are changed except SOI...SOI is standard :D
I have this remap since 123 000 km when i've replaced the clutch

Been a long time since you posted any feedback. Would you like to share your map, just interested to see what you did. Amazing fuel consumption!! :clap:

What air to fuel ratio are you using for this amazing fuel economy? Is there anything that changes your consumption beside the ratio? Maybe timing? Also, how does the pump voltage map work? A 10% increase in voltage, will get me a faster injection by how much? Thank you and Happy Holidays:)

Pretty interested in this thread. Recently gotten in tuning and am adept enough using Winols.
Did you notice any adverse side effects whatsoever after final map?
I've been asked to tune a friend's ECU file for a 1.9TDI ALH Golf
