Hi!

The car is a 2002 E46 320d 150ps manual. Decat, EGR delete, no leaks anywhere.
Boost is fine with stock map. With tuned files (tried many already) it spikes pretty bad, followed by a big correction by N75 (flat spot/underboost between 2100 and 2700rpm).

Should this be corrected by tune or is it physical? (i.e. need to adjust actuator or stop screw)

Log file is in attachment. 3rd gear 1500 -> 4000 at full throttle.
