Could you help me a little out.I want to know some decent hardware tools so i can read/write ecu's of my friend's.for example one has ibiza cupra dsg 1.4 2010 tuned 200ps and i wan to read it and write in another friend with ibiza fr dsg 1,4 150ps.i just want someone to tell me a good cable and/or bdm frame or anything else i might need for doing this procedure with the less cost in money.Thanks in advance

certainly tuner read protected the file
and even if you can read ¨you should need to adapt that software to that other friends car

dont forget if you brick one of that guys ecu's then you risk to loose friends

first of all thanks so much for the immediate response.secondly and i wanted to ask this also if someone has read protected the file is there a way to decrypt it?
secondly by adapting the software what do you mean exactly?maybethat i need same firmware in ecu's??
