VAG PD TDI Injector calibration

Hi everyone.
I need some expert advise on how to calibrate injectors in a VAG PD TDI engine when injectors are replaced with bigger or smaller injectors. :)

this isn't something that you should do yourself. you need the right equipment ect. there is only a hand full of companies world wide that ca do it properly.

Are you looking for physical calibration of injectors?

I suspect you mean you want to re-scale injectors in the software if replacing with bigger?

Let say i replace a PD130 injectors with PD160 injectors, will it be oky to take the PD160 SOI and Duration maps, and copy them over on the PD130 ecu. Basically replacing the PD130 SOI and duration maps with PD160 maps?

So far what i got is yes i can basically swap SOI and duration maps. Now my other question is. If upgra PD100 or PD130 injectors to firad 80%. How do i work out new SOI and duration? Anybody on this forum that can do that or that would like to share a program or calculator or something.
