Is there a solution to remove EGR for this ecu.Car is Audi A4 2005 140Hp.I know the hysteresis solution.But is there solution to disconect EGR valve ? Or the solution is to disconect after DTC apears to delete this DTC form ECU DTC table ?

But i know this solution is for EDC15 ecu.And is to keep it close , not remove.I need for EDC16U31 ,but not only keep closed EGR.I need to remove the EGR electrical conector.

Egr should be switched off via EGR Hyst Maps

Hi,

There are difference in instructions.

On solution you gave in pdf you are changing first 15 values to 0 and then 13 vaulues to 0.

On other hand here (https://sites.google.com/site/vagecumap ... 16-hexdump)

it changing 2nd and 5th histeresis.

2nd have 14 values to be changed to 0.

5th have 21 values to be changed to 0.

Both solution are agreed on removing whole 2nd histeresis (values before and after are already 0).
But on 5th histeresis it is not clear from where to start and where to stop change to 0.
Do you need to remove the 5th one similary to 2nd one without peaks at the begining and at the end?
Or you need to remove it one value before first peak (04200, 65535, 65535) and the whole peak on the end.

Also, you need to do this twice because the are two identical EGR histeresis on the map.
