First for FULL EGR OFF you need from BDM file and second this is not full solution ... you cant disconnect EGR plug.

I can do EGR off with OBD read, with or without plug, doesn't matter :)

Of course it can be done with obd2 dump...anyone asking for full bdm is because he is using somekind remover program
