EGR OFF Alfa Romeo 156 1.9JTD 16V Crosswagon Q4

Hello, anyone here who could help me with an EGR OFF? Also after i upload the new bin on ECU, do I need any blanking plate on the EGR?
Second, if the EGR is off, do I need a remapp on the ECU???

If not solved, we can created solution FULL EGR OFF plug disconnected.

Disconnect plug from EGR valve.
Pass PM.
