I´m looking for a resolution to tune my engine a little bit.
Has anybody a file for the ECU and can tell me, witch hardware i have to use?

What year is your Opel Insignia?

You for sure need a tricore tool, ktag or similar.
If its new engine is not much tuneable without taking off fap, euro 5 is crap for those cars.

Anything that use bootmode tricore. FG v54 is working with that one also. Only one pin to solder 1kOhm resistor.

I have tuned file if you still need;
For my own car; 2010 Insignia 2.0CDTi 160bhp

EGR disabled
DPF/FAP disabled
Giving around 200bhp
I can change this between 180-200bhp if you want
