hi can anyone shed some light as to why an mpps come up read error on a peugeot 307 1.6 hdi with a edc16c34 I can get it to give ecu spec and software numbers but when i click read it does security and something then error Im using mpps v13.02

any help would be appreciated

Are you using an external battery charger on the car to keep the Voltage up?

hi no the voltage reads 12.8 in the bottom left of the screen

would this be the problem? what voltage should it be?

13v or above, this is a common problem

ok tried that but it still comes up with "sub function not supported or invalid format" and the send log via email notification

Try with a BDM to read out the file
