I have a similar file from Alfa Romeo 166 2.4 JTDM, with a switch on the same spot - but with disconnected EGR I still get P0401. Does my file have more switches? Did I do something wrong? File Attached.

Me too. Fixed in engine in map "engine speed and injection quantity dependent base map of max/min deviation value calcuation".
In mine is ast address 1C4ECA. Check image:

Set all to 1000. No more P401.
I have a 166 2.4 20V 185hp too!

Try to disable EGR by hysteresis. I think i found it at 1C41C8 and 1C4294. Both 25x1.

Thanks for reply man, I managed to disable egr by hysteresis, but I still keep getting bloody p0400, tried to disable it on fault code table, I thought that I found code switch in 1c8b9b but no, code is is still on car. there is something I am missing, adress of the code that i give you give's me 55 value in 8bit mode but what numbers should I put in to disable that code? :)

tested and working! magic thanks man. Maybe you know if its possible to switch off dtc codes for abs unit from ecu? I have problem when i reach higher speed about 70mph one of my front abs sensors trows me a codes C0040, C0196, but when I restart the car all is ok again until I reach 70mph I know best solution is to change the abs sensor, but maybe its possible to just switch off the codes?
