Hello.

Does anybody know where i can find a pinout for that ecu? Its from a 1990s passat tdi 90. And possibly bench connecting info.

Everywhere i look i only find pinout for the other type of ecu that has 6 big pins in a H pattern on the bigger plug. This one has 4 big pins in a rhombus pattern.

I cant find a pinout anywhere.

i think it is good pinout : 1, 27 ground, 2, 28b+12, ignition 47, K line 45 .for what you need pinout ?

you cant read the 018 ecu you have to desolder chip. can only flash 012

I have the engine in a boat, we are just testing it now as an experiment. Big turbo, big water intercooler, fuel pump mods, about 165hp.

Problem is the wiring is a mess. Its basically the wiring from
A passat. With fuse box, relay box, instruments, lock and key, everything in a big plastic box!

It was only a quick experiment. Now we know the boat works, i need to clean up the wiring. But i cant
Find a wiring diagram for that year car anywhere!
