Sprinter 318cdi 2007, edc16cp31-7, dpf removal

I want to remove dpf on this van, and some say this can do read and write through obd-connector, and others says they need ecu on bench, and need to use bdm-frame to read and write, because you can't reach the full dataset from obd2.

Do anyone know which is correct?

bosch-number on ecu is 0281013394, edc16cp31

It is always safer to read on the bench.

file read with mpps

it says in starting screen only data read.

Tried with galletto 1260, cannot get it to work. Have used it before, maybe not working on this car?

nicely done, thank you very much!!

What exactly is done in the map? Dpf off, ok. what do i need to do on the van? remove dfp of course, but do i need to disconnect any sensors?
Is the regeneration also turned off? How about EGR? I've read by just disabling dpf, it will still try to regenerate from time to time, this is disabled?

Just DPF off as requested, and Checksums fixed
