Hi people.

I have been playing with mondeo 2.2 155ps MPC 555. Euro4 electronic turbo

This vehicle has large intercooler, larger injectors with 30% more flow straight thro exhaust and a hybrid turbo with larger 56mm housing and has cut back blades.

Problem is cant get boost above 1.5 bar!! Just won't go! I've found 2 boost limiting maps and3 boost maps which have been adjusted and still it won't boost any higher than peak 250mpa minus atom which is 100mpa.

ive spoken with several people who all say it's impossible to get alot of boost and although easily 180bhp in stock hardware is easy thisjust won't work!!

It's very smokey due to injectors and iveised the duration maps to adjust at idle essentially dr calibrations them, this works ok but when I do this on whole file it doesent work so I've de calibrated thesmoke map which has helped! If I can get more boost then I reckon fueling will be motto bad off the mark as is.

Delphi is different from Bosch, they use Boost pressure values in a lot of maps.Maybe you must to find this value as a single value "Delta max between Boost and atmospheric pressure ",can find it on Delphi Mercedes files.There is also a single value for Boost pressure, name "Max limit boost pressure "wich is on Mercedes on 2,5 bar.Maybe is that the value you must find.

ive looked and cant seem to find a SVBL anywhere, some maps seem to list a limit of 250(mpa i guess) and others list in millibar!!

If some one can find me any info i would appriciate it.
